When you report a problem, tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what you play on (website, PC, iPhone or Android). The version number is at the bottom of Settings.
Common questions
The game won't load, or it looks out of date
On the website, refresh the page. The game updates itself whenever it loads. In the app, close it fully and open it again, and check your app store for an update.
An online game says we need the newest version
Both players have to be on the same version, because each screen plays every move by the same rules. Refresh the page (or update the app) on both devices, then start a new game.
I closed the page in the middle of an online game
Open the game again and tap Online. Your game waits for you for a few days after the last move.
Online play says it's taking a break
The game's server has a monthly allowance. When it's almost used up, online play pauses for a while so the rest of the game keeps working. Everything else, including franchises, challenges and games against the computer, still works. Try online play again later.
Moving my game to another phone or computer
Open Save / Load. Under Save code, tap Get save code to get a 6-character code, then on your other device open Save / Load, tap Enter save code and type it in. You can also download a save file and open it on the other device.
Deleting my information
Everything you do in the game is stored on your device, so clearing this website's data or uninstalling the app removes it. For anything on our server (online games, online franchises, leaderboard names, save codes), email us and we'll delete it. Our privacy policy explains exactly what's kept.
